When we are not programming or answering your support calls, we might very well be helping on a funeral service. Being funeral directors first permits us to be the only software company that is always on call.
Standard Support is provided during our office hours. If our phones are busy when you call, please leave a message and your call will be returned in less than 30 minutes. After Hours Support is available on evenings, weekends, and yes, sometimes on holidays. After hours calls are typically returned within an hour. We attempt to return urgent calls as quickly as possible. |

Training sessions are scheduled in the evening for convenience and to provide minimal disruptions. Each session typically lasts 1 hour, according to your needs.
